We’ve opted for a small, intimate ceremony with just family and the wedding party but look forward to celebrating with everyone at the reception!

When you go to RSVP on the website for each event, there is a drop down to select how many people you are RSVP'ing for. If that drop down has an option for "2", you got a plus one. Our apologies for not making this clear on the invitation envelope.

Although we love your little ones, this is an adults-only event.

The dress code for Welcome Drinks is casual. The event will take place on an outdoor deck on the water so make sure to bring a jacket!

The dress code for the Reception is cocktail attire. Ditto on the jacket here as well.

The wedding weekend coincides with Easter weekend and Spring break so we recommend booking your hotel as soon as possible.

We will be providing a shuttle to and from the venue. The shuttle will pick up and drop off at the Hampton Inn Hotel in Jax Beach. Pickup time will be 4:00PM.

Yes, the venue will happily allow you to leave your car there overnight and return to get it the following day.

If you're staying at one of the hotel room blocks or in the general Jacksonville beaches area, the reception venue is around ~45 minutes away. There is a ferry that will get you there quicker, but it only runs until 8pm. For more details about the ferry, see their website here.

Yes, there is plenty of parking available at the venue.

The reception will be outside (weather permitting). As Florida spring weather can be unpredictable, we suggest bringing a jacket to keep warm just in case!
